We are delighted to share the news that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious IRP Awards for 2015.
The IRP (Institute of Recruitment Professionals) Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation). They were created to honour and recognise the achievements of both individual recruiters and recruitment companies. The Awards are unique in raising awareness of the exceptional work of individual recruiters and the profession as a whole, producing positive role models whose candidate and client care sets the bar for all recruitment professionals and businesses to aspire to.
Bond Williams have been selected as a finalist in the best company to work for category (up to 20 employees). The criteria for this award required a demonstration of the company vision and values, engagement and development of people, rewards and recognition for success and also the firm’s approach to measuring employee satisfaction. The Directors are obviously delighted to have been judged positively on all counts and to have made it to the final stage.
Rob Bond, Director, comments “This is a fantastic acknowledgement of the ethos and standards that we try to operate at Bond Williams, as well as a chance to collectively celebrate success for each of our individual consultants. The awards recognise best practice and professionalism across the industry so we are thrilled that our operations have been judged as befitting of these criteria. We hope that this is something both our clients and candidates would credit to their experiences with us as well.”
The IRP Awards will take place at the prestigious London venue, the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge hotel in London on 9 December 2015, where the winners will be revealed.
