DESCRIPTION:Join us at our next Bond Williams seminar with guest speaker Hayley Brackley\, of Great Minds Don’t for this insightful\, informative and inspirational session\, where we’ll dive into the world of neurodiversity. \nOver the last 5 years\, we’ve seen the word neurodiversity more and more\, in a workplace and a social context. But what does it actually mean? And what does neurodivergence mean for your organisation? \nWith 20% of our population being neurodivergent\, it’s imperative that we understand how our brains work differently and what we can do to support each and everyone to be their best self at work. \nIn this session we will cover: \n\nWhat is neurodiversity and neurodivergence.\nLanguage and terminology\nAn introduction to neurodivergent conditions and differences such as ADHD\, Autism\, Dyslexia\, Dyspraxia and Tourette Syndrome.\nPractical steps for fostering a culture of neuroinclusion.\n\nA bit about Hayley: \nHayley was diagnosed with ADD and dyslexia back in 2002\, when it was something that only applied to energetic and naughty little boys.
