Brand evolution for Bond Williams Professional Recruitment

Bond Williams Professional Recruitment are delighted to unveil our new website featuring an evolved corporate identity to reflect our year-on-year growth. Our new website is fully responsive and designed to keep professionals up to date with latest vacancies and news within the industry. The launch last month coincided with our rebrand and with the prestigious IRP Awards where we were named as finalists in two categories.

Robert Bond, Director at Bond Williams, explains the ethos behind our new look, saying “We are a discreet, professional and modern agency, operating with traditional values, extensive contacts and cutting edge technology. We feel that our new identity builds upon our existing traditional, quality-driven service with a more modern feel and represents our Consultants and approach more accurately. The new website also gives increased functionality and ease of navigation for candidates looking for new roles and for prospective businesses who wish to find out more about the specialist sectors we recruit in – IT, Accounts and HR – as well as general Office & Commercial roles and Executive Search throughout Dorset and beyond.”

This new look comes on the back of our most successful month in our 11 year history in September 2015, where we placed more people into new jobs than ever, beating our previous record by 13%.
2015 was a record breaking year due to an increase in vacancies from clients and successful placements throughout the 12 month period. We have also seen an average 26% year-on-year annual growth, based upon numbers of successfully filled jobs, in each of the past five years.

Rounding off a successful year, Bond Williams were also nominated as finalists in two categories of The Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) Awards 2015, hosted and judged by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
