Bournemouth-based recruitment agency, Bond Williams Professional Recruitment, will celebrate its 15th birthday later this month, making it one of the longest standing independent agencies in the town.

Since being founded by entrepreneur and recruitment specialist, Claire Bond, in 2004, the company has experienced phenomenal growth. What started as a one-person operation from home quickly grew to a 5-person strong team operating from a town centre serviced office in just a couple of years. Over the years, the expanding team outgrew several offices until they most recently settled on the top floor of Heliting House on Richmond Hill.

Today, the business is a highly respected and reputable recruitment agency with five specialist divisions, two additional satellite offices in Southampton and Oxford and 20 consultants whose combined experience exceeds 300 years.

Experts in recruiting for permanent, temporary and interim roles at all levels, the company boasts an extensive and loyal client and candidate base across the Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Science & Space, Human Resources, IT & Software Solutions and Office & Commercial sectors.

Claire Bond, Founder and Director, commented: “When I decided to go it alone all those years ago, it was certainly a risk, but one that has clearly paid off. My goal was to set up an agency that would take a more consultative approach towards recruitment and focus on placing quality candidates in quality roles, rather than just pure volume. I’m so proud that I’ve been able to build a successful business that still stands by those values today and thank the incredible team for all their support.”
