Otherwise known as Charlie, we find out more about our brilliant Senior Resource Co-ordinator, Charlotte.
I started my career working for the MOD on an army base dealing with soldiers’ civilian training, which I really enjoyed. Due to relocation, I then found myself working in recruitment for a specialist recruiter in Wimborne and stayed with them for 8 years.
I started out as an administrator but eventually, I adapted to my environment and my role developed into an all-round support function for recruitment consultants.
I have 2 diplomas in Animal Care!
You absolutely have to be adaptable, empathetic and flexible. You also need to think quick on your feet and be able to multitask.
Running the temporary recruitment desk to cover maternity leave, which was an extremely enjoyable challenge.
My biggest achievement would be marrying my husband, buying our flat and getting our lovely dog Oliver!
I’m not really much of a traveller but I would love to be where there is loads of snow!
Train dogs professionally
Anything to do with animals – although it would probably upset me too much now!
I moved to Scotland at the age of 17 and have an extremely irrational fear of Spiders! I also have an obsession with Lego.
Live life the way you want to!
