Bond Williams Professional Recruitment celebrate 12th year, and the strongest one yet
June 4th marks the 12 year anniversary of Bond Williams Professional Recruitment and what a year it has been! Over the past 12 years we have expanded into 4 specialist divisions (Accounting & Finance, IT, HR and Office & Commercial), serving both clients and candidates throughout the south coast region. With September 2015 being our most successful month to date, placing more people into new jobs than any other month in our history we take a quick look back over the last 12 months to reflect on some of the highlights…
July 2015: Ranked Top 3 agency
In July of last year Bond Williams were proud to share some terrific feedback from Jobsite – the award winning UK job search site. Bond Williams were ranked number 3 out of 206 agencies in the UK based on a market research feedback system enabling candidates to comment on their experience with various recruitment agencies.
September 2015: Finalists at IRP awards and a record breaking month!
In September we were delighted to announce that Bond Williams were shortlisted as a finalist for the best company to work for category at the prestigious IRP Awards for 2015. The IRP (Institute of Recruitment Professionals) Awards were created to honour and recognise the achievements of both individual recruiters and recruitment companies. Rob Bond, Director, commented: “This is a fantastic acknowledgement of the ethos and standards that we try to operate at Bond Williams, as well as a chance to collectively celebrate for everyone who contributed to the success the company has experienced over the years.”
We were also excited to share the news that Suzanne Sherriff had been shortlisted for the awards as a finalist in the category of Temporary Consultant of the Year 2015.
September also saw Bond Williams Professional Recruitment place more people into new jobs than any other month in the firm’s history, a 13% increase on our previous high.We have enjoyed an average 26% year-on-year annual growth, based upon numbers of successfully filled jobs, in each of the past five years.

December 2015: Brand Evolution
Off the back of our most successful month in our history, we unveiled our new website featuring an evolved corporate identity in December of 2015 reflecting our growth and coinciding with our rebrand. Our new identity reflected our existing traditional, quality-driven service with a more modern feel and represents our consultative approach more accurately.
April 2016 – Team growth
In April Bond Williams announced the appointment of two new members of staff in our Accounting & Finance Division. Leanne Collins joined as a Recruitment Consultant in our Accounting & Finance team, recruiting finance professionals from entry level roles through to finalist level part-qualified ACCA/CIMA candidates on a temporary basis and recruiting entry level candidates for permanent positions. Alison Dowse also joined in a Sales Support function, identifying and sourcing quality finance staff throughout the region.
