On Saturday 30th January Bond Williams had the pleasure of attending Health-on-Line’s charity Masquerade Ball & Auction in aid of Hope For Food; a food bank based in Bournemouth, set up and run entirely by volunteers.

The evening aimed to raise £8,000 to enable Hope For Food to buy a bigger van, meaning the number of families who benefited from food parcels distributed by Hope For Food could increase.

Our team at Bond Williams were extremely proud to be able to donate to the charity auction prizes along with other local businesses on the night, with an Aston Martin experience day at Silverstone which was auctioned for £550!

Along with Bond Williams, over 100 representatives from local businesses attended for the ball, wearing masks and joining Health-on-Line in the newly launched Hilton Hotel’s Grand Ballroom for a night of dinner, dancing and fundraising in aid of Hope for Food.

Mike Dalby, Managing Director at Health-on-Line said:

“Hope for Food do such a valuable work within the local community – As a company we wanted to support them, and are delighted and very thankful for the support and generosity we have received in organising this event from businesses across the local area.”

The evening and fundraising activities were a great success and Health-on-Line were able to double their initial target of £8,000 and raise an incredible £16,000 for Hope for Food. We would like to thank Health-on-Line and everyone involved for a fabulous night for a terrific cause.
