Jennie Osborne, the BCHA’s Communications Specialist, said: “How can I describe Becky in couple of words? It is actually quite easy — just take a job description of great senior HR Business Partner you would like to employ in your own company, with in depth ER knowledge, outstanding customer service skills, who makes a positive impact to the business, and you have just described Becky.”
What a great start to 2015 – it’s time to celebrate and reward those HR stars who form the backbone of the best local firms. Merlin Entertainment have won a a day of on-site training at their company by ACAS for a topic of their choice from a wide selection of the ACAS training menu; Becky wins a much-deserved spa day at Chewton Glen.
Bond Williams Professional Recruitment Director Claire Bond said: “We truly believe HR staff in our region don’t get their time to shine – and, more importantly, companies rarely get the chance to show off those stars who work so hard recruiting, managing and retaining the right team to move the company forward.”
