Bond Williams Accounting and Finance are recruiting for a Part-time Accounts Administrator for a well-established Lettings and Property Management business in the Bournemouth area. The role offers flexible hours 20-25 per week and working 1 Saturday in 4. Staff have been with the business a long time and therefore it is a real “family feel” culture where everyone helps out together. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced customer facing administrative role.

Reporting to the Accounts Manager you will be responsible for:-

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Collecting rents
  • Paying landlords
  • Taking deposits
  • Refunding tenants
  • Processing contractor invoices
  • Reconciling ledgers
  • Landlord Ledger and Tenant ledger
  • General administrative tasks

Experience and qualifications:-

  • Lettings/property knowledge would be desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy
  • Confidence to deal with customers via phone, email and in person
  • Good excel knowledge
