An experienced Temporary Payroller is required by our Bournemouth based client to join asap for a period of 3 months. with potential for permanent. This would be for 3-4 days per week or FT with some additional accounting duties.
Reporting to the Financial Controller you will have prime responsibility for:
- Processing monthly UK payroll for 160 staff
- Processing a Canadian fortnightly payroll
- Contractor payments worldwide in multi-currencies
- Manage employee expenses payments and credit cards
- Ensure payroll tax filings
- Payroll queries
- Calculation of bonus and additional payments
You will need to have 3-5 years payroll processing experience, an understanding of payroll legislation and compliance and ideally some financial accounting knowledge and experience of international payments. Experience of using Xero, ADP an advantage but Excel skills are essential. CIPP or AAT qualification would be an advantage.
