Business Development Manager – Ringwood – up to £55,000 DOE

What you’ll be doing:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a relationship-driven professional to play a key role in building, developing, and maintaining strong client partnerships. This position focuses on identifying new business opportunities while cultivating long-term relationships that drive mutual growth and success.
You will actively manage the full business development process building trust with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that add real value.
This is a varied and rewarding role dedicated to strengthening existing client relationships and forging new connections to support the company’s continued growth and success

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial background and experience in the construction industry would be beneficial.
• Ability to negotiate and manoeuvre situations for a positive outcome.
• Strong business development and client management skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including presentations packages.
• Confident negotiation skills and client relationship skills

Hours & Benefits:

• 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday
